are divisions of Topaz Hotel Services, LLC. We are a privately owned
company whose mission it is to serve the needs of both travelers and hotel
partners through providing superior travel information and reservation
services. We are committed to respecting and maintaining your privacy.
Your Information is Secure with Us
Neither SFR nor SVR will sell or provide your personal information to third
parties.
We ask for information such as current mailing address, phone and e
- mail address in order to be able to communicate with you, and to reserve
your room. All of the information you provide is stored securely in "My
HotelRes Account" file and can only be accessed using your login and password.
If you choose not to use "My HotelRes Account" to store your personal profile,
the information collected to make a reservation is stored in a secure server
protected from unauthorized access.
Using Information To Communicate with You
Our site's reservation request form requires that users give us their
First Name, Last Name, Address, Telephone Number and e- mail address. This
information is not available to the public or to any third party, other
than the hotel where your reservation is confirmed. This information is
also used in the event that we may need to contact you regarding questions
about your reservation. We only use your personal information to better
serve your needs.
In most cases, SFR and SVR will mail a confirmation and additional information,
such as a map, to your street address.
San Francisco Reservations and Silicon Valley Reservations send a quarterly
newsletter, called Passport. Passport is available to our members who wish
to receive it. If you would like to get a copy of Passport simply
request one be sent when completing your reservation.
Your information is shared only with the Hotels at which you choose
to make a reservation. We may also use your information in order
to notify you of travel specials or changes to our business.
Information is gathered from your use of our system, however this is
anonymous and used only to gauge site traffic, visitor levels, average
room rates, lengths of stay and provide for other general statistical analysis.
